My experience was great with the hotel staff and service. It's a great value for money. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. I reserved this hotel for family members and they really liked it as well. I had issues with the booking through the travel agent Agoda. But the hotel was very nice and understanding. They helped a lot which made the whole thing more manageable. The breakfast is decent and of good quality. Even serving some Japanese options like natto and miso soup. The room has all you need and amenities. The view was decent facing the back of the hotel to a quiet side but open view. Their 10th floor rooms are renovated (only 10th floor at the moment), I might book those next time to give it a try. The location is great about 600m from Phrom pong BTS and Emporium/Emquartier and Emdistrict within walking distance. My only down is that the mattress is very hard. But that seems to be the case through out Thailand, unless staying at a luxury hotel. The light switches might be a bit confusing for some. See photo.
